The Macau SAR Government has proposed a 'Five-Year Development Plan' to align with the national '13th Five-Year Plan'. The 'Five-Year Development Plan' text proposes to transform Macau into a 'Smart City'.

The development of various online shopping platforms has propelled electronic payment to become a key direction for urban development. The security and convenience of electronic payments are major concerns for Macau citizens and are primary issues to address in the process of developing a 'Smart City'. Therefore, our association hopes to invite relevant organizations to provide detailed insights.
