Key Questions
- How do you find your own strength and methods to care for yourself and cope positively when facing psychological distress?
- How do you care for others around you, providing them with support and help?
Purpose
We believe that in life, we have all encountered difficulties and adversities, experiencing various complex emotions. We all have experiences and stories of "caring for ourselves" and "caring for others."
In light of this, Heart Guide Refueling Station (Community Mental Health) hopes to collect your stories and turn them into 4-panel comics for public reference. This aims to encourage residents to face challenges bravely and become a supportive force in their lives.
Story Themes
- Theme 1: "Caring for Myself"
- Theme 2: "Caring for Others"
*Story themes must revolve around mental health, emotional relief, interpersonal difficulties, and related areas.
Participant Eligibility
- Must be a Macau resident aged 15 or above.
- The participant's name must match their ID card.
Submission Period
From now until July 31, 2023.
Winner Announcement Date
August 31, 2023.
Prizes
- Winners will be notified of their award via a personal phone call.
- Excellent Award (1 per theme): One winner each for Theme 1 "Caring for Myself" and Theme 2 "Caring for Others" will receive a Mi Instant Hot Water Dispenser.
- Selected Award (25 winners): Each will receive a Natural Stress-Relief Aromatherapy Set.
- Grand Lucky Draw: All submitted entries are eligible for a grand lucky draw to win one set of Studio City Water Park tickets for 2 adults and 1 child.
