Katherine Chan Lei Man
Katherine has loved painting since childhood. She completed her studies in Commercial Graphic Design in Hong Kong. Initially exposed to and learning Western art, she gradually developed a fondness for Chinese painting. After returning to Macao, she studied ink wash painting under various teachers. She enjoys creating in the Lingnan School style, specializing in freehand flower-and-bird paintings. Her painting techniques feature full compositions, heavy ink application, and a brilliant, gorgeous artistic style that has earned much praise. She frequently participates in calligraphy and painting exhibitions and cultural activities worldwide. Her works have been collected by friends in China, Australia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, and Macao.
