- Celebrates the 90th anniversary of the Palace Museum.
- Features 81 ink wash paintings of the Forbidden City by French-Spanish artist Charles Chauderlot, the first foreign artist permitted by the Beijing Palace Museum to paint the site.

Zhou Chunya - New Works 2015 (17 Oct 2015 – 3 Jan 2016)
- Showcases new works by pioneering contemporary Chinese artist Zhou Chunya, inspired by the traditional literati painting culture of Yangzhou.

The Magnificent Palace – Imperial Architecture of the Forbidden City (12 Dec 2015 – 13 Mar 2016)
- A special exhibition on the architectural art of the Forbidden City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- Displays architectural models, building components (glazed pieces, bricks, tablets), and related photographs, reflecting its master planning, design, and color schemes.
