Incense Way: A Journey to Mindfulness Workshop
— Using incense as a medium to feel the relaxing power of Eastern aesthetics —
Introduction
- Traverse the 4,000-year-long river of incense culture and understand its evolution from ritual sacrifice to spiritual nourishment.
- Personally handle precious agarwood incense materials and learn to distinguish the characteristics of Chen (agarwood), Tan (sandalwood), Long (aloeswood), and She (musk).
- Learn about the formation and classification of agarwood.
- Participate in a fun blind-testing game to awaken dormant olfactory memories.
- Experience an authentic incense ceremony, finding inner peace amidst the swirling fragrance.

- Class A: Thursday, May 22 (14:30–16:00)
- Class B: Thursday, June 12 (14:30–16:00)
- Fees:
- Free for members of the organizing institution who are employed by a sponsoring unit.
- MOP 100 registration fee for all other participants.
