A. Parental Lectures (3 Sessions)
- Session 1: Legal Procedures
- Date: October 12, 2018 (Friday)
- Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Content: Introduction to divorce procedures and legal formalities, including litigation, mutual consent divorce, child custody, and property division.
- Session 2: Mental Preparation
- Date: October 19, 2018 (Friday)
- Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Content: Understanding emotional changes post-divorce, learning relaxation techniques, and recognizing symptoms of depression.
- Session 3: Children's Adaptation
- Date: October 26, 2018 (Friday)
- Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Content: Helping parents adapt to new roles and learn how to assist their children in adjusting to family changes after divorce.
- Venue: Women's Federation Northern District Family Service Centre (Shop B-E, G/F, Block E, Macau Mansion, 218-222 Fai Chong Kai, Toi San)
- Target Audience: Interested citizens
- Note: Participants may attend individual sessions. Admission is free.
B. Children's Adaptation Group (6 Sessions)
- Content: A 6-session group designed to help children aged 6-12 adapt to family changes after divorce, learn to express and manage emotions, and adjust themselves.
- Dates: October 13 – November 17, 2018 (Every Saturday)
- Time: 3:00 PM – 4:15 PM
- Venue: Women's Federation Northern District Family Service Centre (Shop B-E, G/F, Block E, Macau Mansion, 218-222 Fai Chong Kai, Toi San)
- Target Audience: Children aged 6-12
- Quota: 10 children
- Note: The 6 sessions form one complete unit.
C. Parent-Child Adventure Activity
- Content: A parent-child activity aimed at helping families face difficulties positively, enhancing problem-solving skills and confidence.
- Date: November 18, 2018 (Sunday)
- Time: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Venue: Mainland China (Specific location to be advised)
- Target Audience: Children aged 6-14 and their parents
- Quota: 14 families
- Note: Separate registration is possible for different components of the series.
