Event Overview
Organized by the Cultural Affairs Bureau and co-organized by the Municipal Affairs Bureau, the "HUSH!! Summer Music Concert" is a diverse music event taking place from July to August. Featuring 50 local musicians, bands, and performers, this annual pop music extravaganza will be held across multiple venues, including online platforms, Macao Contemporary Art Center – Navy Yard No. 2, the Science Center Forecourt, the rooftop of Pier 9, and Senado Square.
Event Schedule & Highlights
Themed Music Concerts
- Dates: July 4, 5, 11, and 12 (Evenings)
- Venue: Macao Contemporary Art Center – Navy Yard No. 2
- Themes:
- "MV & ME Concert" (featuring artists with personal music videos)
- "New Music Wave Concert" (showcasing albums from the latest Original Song Album Production Subsidy Program)
- "The Singing Theatre Spirits Musical Song Concert" (featuring original musical theatre songs)
- Registration: Reservations open on June 30 at 10:00 AM via the Cultural Affairs Bureau's Activity Registration System. Limited capacity, first-come, first-served.
HUSH!! x Creative Market
- Dates: July 18–19, 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Venue: Science Center Forecourt
- Features: Two days of jazz, folk, electronic, and pop music to enjoy during sunset. The event also includes nearly 100 local creative market stalls and "hush!" brand collaboration merchandise booths selling a variety of creative handicrafts and food.
Rooftop Sunset Concert
- Date: July 25, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Venue: Rooftop of Pier 9, Rua das Lorchas
- Highlights: Multiple bands performing against the scenic backdrop of the Inner Harbour old district and Wanzai waterfront.
Hot Wave in the City Concert (Finale)
- Date: August 2
- Venue: Senado Square
- Highlights: A grand finale pop music performance by renowned local bands, bringing the event to a close in a lively atmosphere.

Musical Theatre Works include: 22°N Cafe (Hiu Kok Drama Association), Eighteen Farewells & The Modern Life of Little Fish (Long Feng Drama Society), The Bus Driver (Theatre Farmers), Sesame GoGo Side Story (Dream Project Association), Musical Journey (A-Zor), and I Am a Singer (Macao Dancer Studio).
HUSH!! 300-Second Music Video Competition
- Submission Deadline: July 27
- Details: The public is invited to participate and compete for prizes. The competition rules and entry forms are available for viewing and download on the Cultural Affairs Bureau's dedicated webpage: www.icm.gov.mo/hush.
