Hello Dear - Balance Group

A stress-relief group workshop organized by the Fai Chi Kei Community Centre of the General Union of Neighbourhood Associations of Macau (UGAMM).

Through simple learning methods, this workshop aims to help children improve their life skills, thereby reducing stress and worries for parents. Parents can also relax and relieve stress through craft-making and stress-relief exercises during the sessions.

Key Information

• Dates: April 10 to May 8, 2021 (Every Saturday, 4 sessions in total)
• Time: 16:00–17:00
• Capacity: 6 parent-child pairs
• Target Participants: Parent-child families with children aged 4–6 (Priority given to new immigrant families who have been in Macau for less than 5 years)
• Fee: Free (A MOP 100 deposit is required, which will be fully refunded if attendance reaches 80%)

2. Application deadline: March 19, 15:00.
3. The centre will randomly select 6 families on March 19 at 18:00.
4. Selected participants will be contacted by phone or message for deposit payment.
