About the Competition
Take some time to think about how to make a nutritious bento for yourself and your family. Winning the competition not only brings rich prizes, but Stage also opens a cooking station for you! You can become a nutrition instructor, showcase your cooking skills to the public, and let more people know about your delicious dishes.

Competition Format
Phase 1: Recipe Submission (April 17 – May 6)
Submit the registration form, recipe, and bento photo at Stage or online.
Phase 2: Results Announcement (After 18:00, May 13)
Check the competition results on Stage's WeChat or Facebook.
Phase 3: Award Ceremony & Cooking Station (May 27, 16:00–18:00)
Awards presentation and opening of a cooking station for members who win the Most Nutritious Value Recipe Award.
Awards
- Most Nutritious Value Award (2 winners): Supermarket vouchers MOP 300, certificate, become a nutrition instructor for the "Cooking Station"
- Merit Award (4 winners): Exquisite gifts, certificate
★ The recipes of the above 6 winners will be designed into leaflets for external distribution to promote a healthy spirit. ★

- Bento appearance (20%)
- Health concept (20%)
- Five-color balance (30%)
- Vegetable-to-meat ratio (30%)
