The Mid-Autumn Festival is the second most important traditional festival in China after the Lunar New Year. On the night of the festival, the ancients regarded the full moon as a symbol of reunion, hence the 15th day of the eighth lunar month is also known as the "Reunion Festival." It's a time for families and friends to gather, admire the bright moon, and celebrate together.
