About the Program

Adolescence is a period of storm and stress, but also a crucial time for testing and cultivating the parent-child relationship.

This group program is designed to help parents and children understand the physical and psychological changes of adolescence. It aims to assist children in developing positive attitudes and values towards sexuality, and to equip both parents and children with appropriate attitudes and methods to handle various conflicts that may arise, thereby easing the relational turbulence brought on by the teenage years.

• Dates: February 15, 22, March 1, 8 (Saturdays)
• Time (Parent Sessions): 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM
• Time (Child Sessions):
  • Sessions 1, 2, 4: 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM
  • Session 3 (Hong Kong Visit): 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Target Participants: Parents who feel stressed or troubled by disciplining their adolescent children, and their children aged 9–12.
• Location: Child Protection Centre and Hong Kong Child Protection Foundation (for the visit).
