1. "Is Taking Leftovers Home Old-Fashioned or Eco-Friendly?"
- Presented by Hong Kong food rescue organization Food Grace (食德好).
- They will share their philosophy on food and their mission to reduce waste.
- For years, Food Grace has been recovering unsold food from local markets and designated spots, redistributing it to those in need or transforming it into nutritious meals.

2. "A Promise from Fifteen Years Ago: I Am Also a Doctor!"
- Presented by Macau's passionate environmentalist, Joe Chan (陳俊明).
- He will share his personal journey and commitment to healing the planet, a promise he made in his school yearbook.
- Joe has been a vocal and active defender of his homeland, involved in numerous environmental initiatives across Macau.
3. "University Student Green Collar Plan 2014" Briefing
- An explanation of the "University Student Green Collar Plan 2014" activities, procedures, and important notes.
- Joe Chan, the only Macau participant of the "University Student Green Camp," will share his firsthand experiences—the challenges and joys of the camp.
