Event Purpose
- To increase public awareness of gambling disorders.
- To enhance the motivation for individuals with gambling disorders to seek help through short films.
Eligibility
- Macau residents aged 15 or above.
Awards & Prizes
- Champion: Certificate and cash prize of MOP 4,000.
- First Runner-up: Certificate and cash prize of MOP 3,500.
- Second Runner-up: Certificate and cash prize of MOP 2,500.
- Merit Award: Certificate and cash prize of MOP 1,000.
- (All participants will receive a certificate of participation and a souvenir.)
Submission Specifications
- Duration: The submitted work must not exceed 3 minutes.
- Format: Can be produced as animation, slideshow, or live-action.
- Equipment: No restrictions on filming equipment.
- File Format: Must be MP4, AVI, or WMV.
- Resolution: Must not be lower than 720x480 pixels.
- Content: The team name, work title, and content must not involve commercial activities, promotion, defamation, intimidation, obscenity, violence, pornography, or any illegal elements.
How to Participate
- Participants can enter as individuals or teams (maximum 4 members per team, excluding actors).
- The entry form can be self-copied or downloaded from the Facebook page of "Chon Ian Lok Family Integrated Service Centre".
- The submitted work must be stored on a CD-ROM/DVD-ROM and delivered in person with the completed entry form to one of the following locations:
- Chon Ian Lok Family Integrated Service Centre: 1st Floor, Kai Chun Wan, 75-87 Rua de Manuel de Arriaga.
- Caritas Library: Basement, Oriental Garden Commercial Centre, 64 Rua de Francisco Xavier Pereira.
- Areia Preta Catholic Pastoral Centre: G/F, Yau Tim Building, No. 2, 2nd Street, Fai Chi Kei.

Works will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Theme & Content: 50%
- Creativity: 20%
- Filming Technique: 20%
- Impact: 10%
Judging Panel
Composed of representatives from the organizing unit and related professionals.
