Animals are our friends, sharing the planet's resources with us. October 4th is World Animal Day, and in Macau, the new panda parents "Kai Kai" and "Xin Xin" celebrated their twin cubs "Jian Jian" and "Kang Kang" reaching 100 days old on October 3rd. Therefore, a series of animal conservation events are being held in the city this month to raise awareness about endangered species.

A community event suitable for both adults and children, the Giant Panda Cubs' 100-Day Celebration, includes an exhibition illustrating the panda breeding process, workshops, photo zones, and promotional booths. Another event, Welcome the Happy Panda Family, features workshops alongside a mobile information vehicle to promote the panda family and spread the message of animal welfare. The Panda Painting Workshop will be held at various locations, allowing participants to deepen their understanding of animal conservation in Macau.
