Event Overview
The Fong Tong Handmade Carnival is organized by the St. Lazarus Creative Industries Promotion Association and Fong Chong Ten Creative Garden, in collaboration with the Macau Handmade and Creative People Association. The event aims to provide a creative space for local creators to showcase their work, interact with tourists and art enthusiasts, promote community culture and art, and attract more local residents and foreign tourists.
The carnival primarily consists of handmade workshops, handmade stalls, and lecture sharing sessions. It aims to attract industry professionals who care about cultural and artistic development in Macau, as well as citizens and tourists interested in handmade crafts. It serves as a platform for exchange and promotion for local young artists and creators, showcasing Macau's diverse artistic culture. The event also invites successful figures from the Hong Kong handmade scene to give lectures, sharing their creative experiences and insights.

Opening Lecture: "Fong Tong Celebrity Talk: The Next Chocolate Rain"

- Speaker: Prudence Mak (Prudence) – Creative Director of Chocolate Rain
- Host: Abica – Seed Non-woven Fabric Handmade
- Description: Hong Kong creative brand Chocolate Rain is a successful example in the Hong Kong handmade scene. The lecture invites its founder, Ms. Prudence Mak, to share her creative experience in Macau. Local handmade artist Abica will host the session, facilitating interaction between the guest and the audience.
