Flower City Park was completed in March 1998, located between Avenida de Évora and Avenida Olímpica in Taipa, adjacent to Flower City Building. It is the only park in the islands that adopts Chinese garden-style architecture. Despite its small size, it is fully functional with diverse plants. From April to September each year, lotus flowers can be admired in the pond. Surrounding the pond are small bridges, rockeries, Baihua Pavilion, and long corridors, along with small bonsai displays, enhancing the park's classical Chinese garden charm, making it like an oasis in the concrete jungle. The large Nine Dragon Stone Wall at the main entrance is a key attraction, adding elegance to the park. For children, there are activity fields, play areas, and a koi pond to keep them entertained. Additionally, there are long corridor areas for seniors to do morning exercises and Tai Chi, a pebble foot massage path for health, and an exhibition room for cultural exhibitions. Thus, Flower City Park is a place to escape city noise and relax.
