Competition Purpose: To enhance citizens' professional skills in film and television production, leverage the communication advantages of digital media, and promote the moderate and diversified development of Macau's economy.

Competition Theme: The theme is to help tourists understand 'Macau's community characteristics, lifestyle culture, and innovation,' attracting tourists to explore the community for sightseeing and consumption.

Competition Format: Participants can freely choose one of the following themes to produce a short video within 180 seconds (including opening and closing credits):

1. Introduce a shop that represents Macau's community life or characteristics.
2. Introduce eateries/shops frequented by local Macau residents in the community, highlighting the stories behind the operators.

Judging Criteria: The judging committee will evaluate based on four criteria:

• Short Video Content (35%): Relevance to the theme 'Walking into Macau Street,' richness of content, and narrative completeness.
• Expression Skills (20%): Clarity of message delivery, appeal, rhythm control, and audience attraction.
• Creative Performance (15%): Originality of concept, uniqueness of shooting techniques, and novelty of visual presentation.
• Production Skills (30%): Image quality, editing fluency, sound effect usage, and overall technical execution level.

Awards: The competition awards one Champion, one First Runner-up, one Second Runner-up, and five Merit Awards:

• Champion - Trophy + MOP 8,000 cash prize
• First Runner-up - Trophy + MOP 5,000 cash prize
• Second Runner-up - Trophy + MOP 3,000 cash prize
• Merit Award - Trophy + MOP 1,000 cash prize

Eligibility:

• Participants must be Macau residents aged 18 or above (as of May 20, 2026).
• All team members must submit a valid Macau ID card.
• Participants can enter as individuals or teams, with a maximum of 3 members per team.

Submission Deadline: Participants/teams must complete online registration and submit their work by May 20, 2026 (inclusive).
