Competition Overview

The inaugural Rock Classics Cover Competition is now open for registration! This event invites bands to showcase their talent by performing iconic rock songs. Registration is limited to the first 15 qualifying bands, so sign up quickly!

Eligibility Criteria

• At least half (or more) of the band members must be 25 years old or younger.
• Team size: 3–6 people.
• Each person can only join one team.

Registration Process

1. Complete the online registration form, including selecting your final performance song.
2. Submit a video clip (no longer than 1 minute) within one week after submitting the form.
3. Your registration is only complete after receiving official confirmation from the organizing committee.
4. Video clips for the "Most Popular Online Award" will be posted on this page for public voting starting July 22.
5. Staff will contact all teams to arrange rehearsals on August 1 and 2.
6. The final competition will be held on August 2 at 18:00.

FAQ

Q: Can non-Macau teams participate? A: Yes! The only restriction is that at least half of all team members (3–6 people) must be 25 years old or younger, as the competition primarily targets youth. We welcome young participants from different regions to join this event, providing more opportunities for exchange among competing teams. However, all registered members must be present for the final night. Please note that the organizing committee does not currently provide subsidies for teams from outside Macau.
