About the Competition

This year has brought many challenges, but it hasn't dampened the passion of coffee lovers. We use coffee as a bridge to warm our community in Macau in different ways.

Focus on Latin American Coffee

Coffee cultivation has always been the backbone of Latin American countries. For the competition, only coffee beans from Latin American countries will be used. Additionally, beans from various countries will be available for enthusiasts to exchange, fostering a connection between Macau and Latin American nations.

Competition Rules & Equipment

• The venue will provide all necessary equipment for competitors.
• Competitors may bring their own water and equipment based on their understanding of the beans and personal habits.
• The organizing committee will provide 2000W of power per person.
• Competitors may use any equipment (e.g., AeroPress, Clever Dripper, French Press) as long as the brewing process involves filtration.
