The Macau Catholic Family Association for a Better Family will hold a 'Family Reconstruction Workshop' from July 15 to 17, 2016 (three days, two nights) at the Salesian Retreat House on Cheung Chau Island, Hong Kong.

Purpose

• Increase self-awareness and achieve personal growth.
• Confront negative experiences from one's upbringing through 'reconstruction'.
• Address and process family and personal internal issues and trauma.
• Enhance personal resilience, positive psychology, and sense of well-being.
• Learn to let go of past pains from growing up.

Fees & Registration

• Standard Fee: MOP 1,200 per person (for Macau residents aged 21 and above).
• Early Bird Discount: MOP 1,100 per person for registrations before June 18.
