Since the Macau Youth Symphony Orchestra Association became the Macau regional international representative of the Royal Academy of Music's Overseas Examination Committee in 2009, it has held this annual 'Distinction Concert (THE TOPS)'. It provides a stage for local candidates who have achieved the highest annual scores through their own efforts to challenge themselves and showcase their musical talent. The concert serves as a demonstration of examination pieces, encouraging other candidates to strive for excellence. It also congratulates every teacher, parent, and candidate, as the most valuable reward for each candidate is their learning journey—not just in music, but also in cultivating an indomitable spirit and perseverance!
