Enthusiastic Youth Academy 2015 Student Recruitment
Event Purpose
- Guide Macao youth's pop culture and interests, allowing them to pour in passion, leverage their strengths, and chase dreams.
- Enhance the cultural cultivation and humanistic quality of Macao youth, establishing positive growth values during the dream-chasing process.
- Build a platform for Macao youth to improve their capabilities and serve society with their skills.
- Assist in constructing a harmonious society and Macao from the perspective of youth culture development.
Target Participants
- Macao residents aged 16-40.
Registration Details
- Fee: MOP 500 (Fully refundable if attendance reaches 80% or above).
- Quota: 50 participants (If oversubscribed, selection will be by lottery conducted by the organizer).
- Procedure: Submit completed application form with a 1.5-inch color ID photo and a copy of ID card to one of the following locations:

Program Schedule
1. Briefing Session & Pre-Camp Workshop
- Content: Introduction to the Academy's purpose, detailed program explanation, and pre-camp meeting for the adventure camp.
- Date: August 2 (Sunday)
- Time: 18:00–19:00
- Venue: Macao Enthusiastic Performing Arts Association (Room Q, 18/F, Kin Heng Long Plaza, Avenida do Dr. Rodrigo Rodrigues No. 258)
2. Youth Adventure Camp
- Content: A 3-day, 2-night adventure training camp led by local musicians and singers as mentors. Features inspiring and team-building games to unlock potential and build confidence.
- Date: August 7–9
- Venue: Coloane Bosco Youth Village
3. Youth Classroom Workshops
3.1 Dance & Body Movement Training Workshop
- Objective: Train and consolidate basics, improve body coordination, flexibility, joint mobility, rhythm sense, and practice choreography concepts.
- Date: August 10–30 (Every Thursday & Sunday)
- Time: 17:00–18:30
- Venue: Macao Enthusiastic Performing Arts Association
3.2 Stage Management Workshop
- Objective: Train in managing front/backstage resources and time, teamwork, interpersonal communication, and crisis management.
- Date: August 10–30 (Every Wednesday & Saturday)
- Time: 17:00–18:30
- Venue: Macao Civic Quality Development Research Centre (12/F, Macao Daily News Building, Avenida de Venceslau de Morais No. 218)
3.3 Photography Skills Workshop
- Objective: Introduce photography equipment, practical framing/composition techniques, and use professional gear to create personal-style landscape photos.
- Date: August 10–30 (Every Tuesday & Thursday)
- Time: 16:00–17:30
- Venue: Macao Enthusiastic Performing Arts Association
3.4 Pop Music Singing Techniques Workshop
- Objective: Improve vocal skills, voice quality, vocal control, pronunciation, and pitch accuracy.
- Date: August 10–30 (Every Wednesday & Saturday)
- Time: 17:00–18:30

4. Youth Achievement Music Show
- Content: The grand finale concert combining singing, dance, and multimedia to showcase participants' learning outcomes and promote the Academy's spirit.
- Date: September 6 (Sunday)

5. Certificate Presentation Ceremony
- Content: Participants will receive certificates from the organizer.
