Program Objectives

Introduce emotional knowledge and expression skills through various experiential activities.
Help children learn to appreciate themselves and others, enhancing their self-confidence, empathy, and resilience.
Help parents understand the relationship between emotions and parent-child communication, and learn principles and techniques for responding to emotions.
