Embraces presents a series of four new monologues, weaving together humor and heartfelt personal stories. This production invites the audience to listen to four sincere inner monologues, exploring themes of self-discovery and self-acceptance through laughter and tears.

The Monologues
- Maggie Sio (嚴小惠): Delivers an epic and brutally honest revelation, teaching how to remain a beautiful "fat girl."
- Simon In (盧偉研): Struggles with the uncanny resemblance to a famous Hong Kong comedian—should he embrace this "DNA" or change his destiny to find himself?
- Caroline Lam (林秋萌): A born performer who believes an actor must be a jack-of-all-trades with the determination to "change the world."
- Mak Pui Tong (麥沛東): Finds profound life philosophies in the "unwritten rules" of a small aquarium world while breeding crystal shrimp.
Cultural Exchange Project
This production is the grand finale of "The Monologue Diaries," a cultural exchange project. Local actors Maggie Sio, Simon In, and Caroline Lam were selected for an intensive four-week residency and training program at Hong Kong's renowned Chung Ying Theatre. They were joined by professional actor Mak Pui Tong. The final work is skillfully directed and woven together by Edmund Lou (盧智燊), winner of the Hong Kong Drama Awards for Best Actor.
