The production of textiles, from cotton cultivation to weaving, dyeing, and finishing, consumes vast amounts of resources. Did you know making a single garment requires 2,720 liters of water? That's enough drinking water for one person for three years! What can you do with idle clothes? Join our workshops to make tote bags, drink sleeves, and lunch bags. Let's practice waste reduction together and give old clothes a new life!
Collect discarded denim clothing. An instructor will share tips and creative ideas for making tote bags. Experience pattern-making and basic sewing techniques. You'll make 2 styles of denim patchwork tote bags, adding another option for reducing waste in daily life.
