Overview
To promote the development of Macau's music industry, the Cultural Affairs Bureau presents the "Echo Project: Songwriting Camp." This initiative aims to provide a platform for local songwriters and composers to enhance their professional skills and receive more resources to produce high-quality music, thereby supporting the growth of Macau's original music industry.

Eligibility & Selection
- Applicants must hold a Macau Permanent Resident Identity Card and be at least 18 years old.
- A maximum of 16 applicants will be selected based on criteria including:
- Personal resume
- Song creation concept
- Lyric/melody structure
- Creativity and adaptability
- Lyric wording, metaphor, and meaning
- Song melody
Camp Structure & Awards
- Mentors will share creative techniques and industry experience.
- Participants will create songs around a specific theme during the camp.
- Mentors will provide guidance on song structure, melody, wording, concept, and completeness.
- Three participants with the most potential will be selected for awards.
- Each award winner will receive a MOP 10,000 cash prize from the Cultural Affairs Bureau.
