Program Overview
This program aims to build a positive, proactive, and healthy outlook on life for young volunteers through professional volunteer training, diverse adventure-based learning, and hands-on volunteer service and life experiences in impoverished areas of mainland China. It encourages participants to reflect deeply on volunteerism, themselves, life, and society, helping them find their personal "Eden."

- Target Participants: Macau youth aged 18–35 (priority given to those working in or studying education, healthcare, social work, or those interested in youth work)

Program Fees
- Professional Training + Adventure Life Camp: MOP 400 (includes insurance and a MOP 200 deposit. Deposit refundable and mainland experience participation allowed with 80% attendance)
- Mainland Life Experience: RMB 1,000 (covers partial round-trip transportation, accommodation, meals, insurance, etc.)

- How to Apply: Obtain or download the application form and health declaration form from the Macau Volunteer Federation office (12/F, Macau Daily News Building, Rua de Marques, Hac Sa Wan) or via the provided link.
- Required Documents: Completed application form, health declaration form, and one 1.5-inch color photo.
Interview Arrangements
- Scheduled Times: May 25–27, 2016, 19:00–22:00
- Location: Macau Volunteer Federation
- Note: Applicants must attend the interview at their scheduled time. Results will be notified individually.
Program Structure
Part 1: Professional Training (June 7, 14, 21)
Led by a professional team of experienced volunteers, mentors, and educators.
Topics include:
- Understanding the spirit of volunteerism
- Communication skills to break down barriers
- Empowerment workshops
Part 2: Adventure Life Camp (June 25–26)
A two-day, one-night camp to experience teamwork and outdoor living, preparing for the trip to impoverished mainland areas.
Part 3: Community Service Project (To be completed by July 24)
Participants conduct caring visits and services at organizations supporting vulnerable groups, learning how to organize, plan, and manage volunteer services to apply theoretical knowledge.
Part 4: Mainland Life Experience (July 30 – August 6)
Travel to impoverished areas in Guizhou for frontline service and local life immersion. Led by volunteer leaders, participants engage in eight days of volunteer work followed by exchanges with local volunteer groups and organizations.
Certificates
- Participants completing the Professional Training and Adventure Life Camp will receive a "Volunteer Training and Service Certificate."
- Participants completing the entire E-Garden Program will receive an "E-Garden Professional Volunteer Service Certificate."
