Competition Overview

The "Drug-Free Art Creation Competition Series" aims to promote awareness about the impacts of drug abuse through artistic expression and to enhance participants' knowledge on drug abuse prevention.

Competition Theme

• Promote the message of preventing drug abuse.

Competition Groups

• Target Participants: Macau residents.
• Age Groups for Both Competitions:
  • Youth Group: Ages 12–17
  • Open Group: Ages 18 and above

Entry Requirements & Rules

• All entries must align with the competition theme.
• The copyright, creation rights, and usage rights of winning works belong to the organizer. The organizer may use them partially or entirely for promotional purposes as needed. All submitted works will not be returned to participants.
• Entries must be original works that have not been publicly published. Any intellectual property disputes or legal consequences arising from the works shall be borne solely by the participant.
• Entries must not have participated in any other competitions or been publicly published. If plagiarism or infringement of others' copyright is found, the organizer reserves the right to revoke the award. If prizes, awards, or certificates have already been issued, the participant must return them.
• The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not match the theme, contains inappropriate content, or includes insinuations, without prior notice.
• Late submissions and entries that do not meet competition requirements will be disqualified.
• Upon submission, the organizer has the right to edit, publish, or upload the content to official websites and social networks for archiving and promotional purposes, without seeking the participant's consent or providing any fees or compensation.
• Personal data submitted by participants will only be used for internal records and purposes related to this competition.
• The interpretation of these rules and the final competition results are at the sole discretion of the organizer. Participants must accept the judges' decisions without objection.
