'Reunification of the Two Koreas' (La. Réunification des deux Corées)
When love is exhausted, what is LOVE?
In the dark corridor of an apartment building, fifteen stories of 'love' unfold, returning to the critical moments of life. Love that tears apart, touches of pain, what was lost and found again. I love you, you love me, but love alone is not enough. In every moment, we fight with love.
"God created man and, finding him not lonely enough, gave him a companion to make him feel his solitude more keenly." – French poet Paul Valéry
Don't be misled by the title. This is not a performance about history or politics, but a work exploring the complexity of love relationships. Across more than a dozen scenes, lovers, friends, married or adulterous couples, family stories, or fleeting relationships are portrayed—sometimes serious, sometimes humorous, sometimes binding us, all while laughing through tears.
