Transformers, Pacific Rim, Tetsujin 28-go, and GUNDAM—these giant iron figures are beloved by special effects movie fans. The core of these films and animations lies in their robots, each carrying symbolic meaning. In the modern cinematic world, works themed around robots are almost guaranteed box office success.
