Event Overview
Since 2009, the Youth Association of Macau has clearly identified career planning as a key direction for its development, establishing a Career Planning Consultation Centre. The centre integrates the association's previous activities in academic counselling, career exploration, and employment/entrepreneurship, while also adding school lectures and personal consultation services, dedicated to promoting the concept and knowledge of career planning in Macau.
We are pleased to see that many local institutions are increasingly focusing on promoting career planning in Macau. However, we are aware that Macau started relatively late in career planning education and lacks experience in many areas. Therefore, this event aims to facilitate experience exchange in career planning education among the four regions across the strait, thereby encouraging Macau society to pay further attention to youth career planning education.

- Forum: Exchange on the current status of career planning education and services in different regions, sharing research and expertise to improve development and benefit youth students.
- Integrating Career Planning into Subject Education: Educators learn from experts' teaching methods and content, gaining new skills to enhance their existing educational approaches. Educators will also share their work experiences.
- How to Assist Children with Career Planning: Experts provide knowledge to help parents correctly guide their children towards successful career paths.
- Application of Career Planning Concepts and Skills in Schools: Workshop leaders share counselling experiences and how to use career planning concepts and techniques to guide students, addressing the needs of school social workers and counsellors new to the field.
