This annual event is designed to encourage people to visit local cultural heritage sites while appreciating the beauty of literature. A local expert leads a tour to introduce the great pillar couplets displayed at Lin Fong Temple (12/4) and Camões Garden (26/4), where Portugal's greatest poet, after whom the garden is named, is said to have composed his magnum opus. These activities promote local cultural heritage in an easily digestible way, while nurturing the interest of residents and tourists alike in the 'stories behind the stone'.
