Event Overview
The Cultural Affairs Bureau presents the Tap Seac Craft Market, featuring a series of creative workshops. A total of 43 workshops will be held, including 6 parent-child sessions.

Registration & Participation Rules
- Each participant can register for a maximum of two workshops.
- Registration for the same workshop is limited to once per person.
- For parent-child workshops, each child is also limited to two sessions, with one registration per session.
- Participants will be selected by computerized lottery.
- Successful applicants will be notified via SMS on November 3 and must pay the fee at a designated location within the specified deadline.
- Results will also be announced on the official website.
Waitlist & Late Arrival Policy
- A waitlist system will be in place 30 minutes before each workshop starts.
- If a selected participant is more than 10 minutes late, their spot will be given to the next person on the waitlist.
- No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows.
- Waitlisted participants can register and pay on-site if a spot becomes available.
Health & Safety Measures
To align with government health guidelines, all workshop participants must comply with the following:
- Provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (completed at least 14 days prior) OR a negative nucleic acid test result from within the last 7 days (self-paid).
- Failure to provide valid proof will result in forfeiture of participation and no refund.
- Wear a mask, undergo temperature checks, and scan the venue QR code (場所碼).
