Cultural Affairs Bureau Grant Applications Now Open for 2016
The Cultural Affairs Bureau (ICM) is now accepting applications for its 2016 funding programs. Local registered non-profit organizations interested in developing various cultural and artistic activities are invited to apply.
Available Funding Programs
- Cultural Activities/Projects Funding Scheme: Supports activities related to visual arts, dance, music, theatre, Macao cultural heritage, Macao intangible cultural heritage, literary creation and research, academic research, film and media arts, and cultural and creative industries.
- Cultural and Arts Management Talent Development Scheme: Aims to assist non-governmental arts and cultural organizations in achieving stable and sustainable development. It actively cultivates professional cultural and arts management talents to build a talent pool for Macao, thereby promoting the healthy development of the local cultural and artistic sector. The scheme focuses on nurturing professionals in planning, coordination, event management, and technical management within the arts and culture field, providing practical work opportunities.
- Community Arts Funding Scheme: Encourages local arts groups to engage deeply with communities or specific social groups. It invites residents to co-create and participate, turning the creative process into an opportunity for dialogue and communication. Through diverse artistic approaches, the scheme aims to bring community residents together and bridge the gap between art and the community.

- Application Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Office remains open during lunch)
- Submission Method: Applicants must submit their application forms and relevant documents in person.
