From October, City of Dreams Macau's 'Cubic' launched the CPOP LIVE series, held on the first Friday of each month for four consecutive months. This music festival featured a lineup of Hong Kong and Taiwanese musicians showcasing a fusion of diverse musical styles. The grand finale, the fourth show, took place on January 4th, featuring the new generation of talented singer-songwriter Hins Cheung, the diva with a beautiful voice Kay Tse, and the Hong Kong band DEAR JANE. They connected with fans through great music in an intimate setting.
Cubic broke away from the tradition of international superstars headlining shows, bringing more relatable Chinese pop stars to local audiences. The performances were full of personality, ranging from tender ballads to rock, from unique to humorous, transporting the audience into a boundless musical realm. Fans could transcend the usual concert boundaries, meeting their idols face-to-face from the most unique angles and at virtually zero distance, irresistibly captivated by the CPOP LIVE experience. This offered a brand-new musical experience for music lovers in Hong Kong and Macau.
