The CTM Youth Development Program is back! This initiative offers a series of opportunities to learn professional knowledge and accumulate valuable work experience.
Program Features
- Gain hands-on experience in customer experience management, optical fiber network splicing, and new media production.
- Participate in a series of site visits, professional sharing sessions, and lectures.
- An eye-opening summer experience awaits!
Eligibility & Application
Rewards for Successful Completion
Participants who successfully complete the internship and meet the targets have the opportunity to receive:
- A scholarship of up to MOP 5,000.
- A certificate issued by CTM.
- Awards including "Most Outstanding Team Award" and "Most Outstanding Individual Performance Award".
