Event Overview
To celebrate the 21st anniversary of Macau's return to China, this competition leverages popular social media platforms and new media production to encourage youth creativity. Participants are invited to express their patriotic love for Macau and China, share personal growth experiences, and convey a sense of national belonging. The goal is to spread the festive atmosphere of the handover celebration among Macau citizens and inject positive energy into society.

- Submission Period: November 30 – December 17, 2020
- Eligibility: Macau residents aged 45 or below
- Entry Fee: Free
- Results Announcement: Late December 2020
- Awards Ceremony: December 30, 2020
Competition Categories & Requirements
Participants can enter as individuals in one or both of the following categories:
1. Video Category
- Submit an original, unpublished 40-60 second video via Facebook.
- Formats include animation, narrative, MV, Vlog, documentary, etc.
- Dialogue must include Chinese subtitles.
2. Photo Category
- Submit 4-5 original, unpublished photos via Instagram.
- Must include a description of at least 50 Chinese characters.
Note: Participants may enter both categories but can only submit one entry per category. Duplicate submissions will be judged based on the latest publication date.
Competition Divisions
- Family Division: For children aged 0-14 and 1-2 of their parents.
- Open Division: For individuals aged 15-45.
Judging Criteria
Professional judges will score entries based on:
- Theme Relevance (40%): Alignment with the theme/storyline.
- Creative Concept (35%): Uniqueness and innovative thinking.
- Visual Communication (25%): Production aesthetics and filming technique.
How to Enter
- Follow the organizer on Facebook (@澳門青年聯合會) or Instagram (@macauyouth).
- Upload your video or photo to your personal public Facebook/Instagram account with a description of at least 50 Chinese characters.
- Include the hashtags #創SUN慶回歸 #澳門青聯 and tag the organizer's account.
- After publishing, complete the official online registration form.

Popularity Award winners are determined by the highest number of 'likes' on the organizer's platform by 12:00 noon on December 29, 2020.

- All submitted works must be original and unpublished.
- Content must not involve violence, pornography, defamation, or violate social norms.
- The organizer reserves the right to use submitted works for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- Final interpretation rights belong to the organizer.
