Following its unprecedented success last year, the captivating Cotai Jazz & Blues Music Festival returns in 2013, poised to become an irreplaceable event on the Asian music stage.
Event Details
- Date: October 11–13, 2013
- Location: The Venetian Macao Lagoon, Cotai Strip
- Atmosphere: The outdoor lagoon area will be transformed into a stage reminiscent of the New Orleans Carnival, featuring spectacular performances, dazzling lights, international cuisine, and intoxicating music.
- Activities: Guests can enjoy the festivities with friends and family at expansive open-air stalls, family zones, relaxation areas, and beer gardens.
International Cotai Jazz & Blues Competition
The festival is calling for passionate jazz and blues musicians to compete. Twelve bands from around the world will be selected to gather in Macau.
Competition Details
- Eligibility: Open to individual artists, vocalists, instrumentalists, and groups of up to six musicians.
- Prizes: A total cash prize pool of HKD $500,000.
- 1st Prize: HKD $250,000
- 2nd Prize: HKD $150,000
- 3rd Prize: HKD $100,000
- Sponsorship: Successful entrants will have their flights, transport, accommodation, and meals covered by Cotai Strip Resorts Macao.
