Purpose
As the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities has officially come into effect in Macao, this competition is organized to widely promote the Convention to the public through various promotional activities. Targeting students as the primary audience, the coloring competition aims to enhance students' understanding of the image of persons with disabilities and convey the concept of "respecting differences and accepting persons with disabilities as part of human diversity and humanity."

Eligibility
- Students studying in Macao kindergartens and primary schools and holding a Macao Student ID.
- Toddler Group: 3–5 years old (born between 2016 and 2018)
- Junior Primary Group: 6–9 years old (born between 2012 and 2015)
- Senior Primary Group: 10–12 years old (born between 2009 and 2011)
Competition Format
Participants will be grouped according to eligibility. The Toddler, Junior Primary, and Senior Primary groups must compete on the drawing paper provided by the organizer, enriching the content through coloring and personal design, and fill out the entry form.
Awards (Per Group)
- Outstanding Award (3 winners): Certificate + MOP 300 Book Voucher
- First Prize (3 winners): Certificate + MOP 200 Book Voucher
- Second Prize (3 winners): Certificate + MOP 100 Book Voucher
- Third Prize (3 winners): Certificate + MOP 50 Book Voucher
- Participation Award (10 winners): Certificate + Gift
Note: To encourage more students to participate, the Outstanding, First, Second, and Third prizes cannot be awarded to the same author. The same author can receive a maximum of two awards.
Competition Rules
- All submitted works must be drawn by the participant themselves.
- Each person can submit only one entry per category, with a maximum of six entries.
- Submitted works will not be returned.
- Winners must present valid identification for verification by the organizing institution.
- The copyright of winning works belongs to the organizer and the Social Welfare Bureau of Macao.
- Competition results are subject to the final decision of the judging panel.
- The organizer reserves the final right of interpretation of these rules.
