Overview
A competition organized to encourage Macao's higher education students to deepen their understanding of the Constitution and the Macao Basic Law. Participants are tasked with designing and implementing campus promotion activities, with the option to incorporate elements related to the Greater Bay Area.

Eligibility
- Students currently enrolled in Macao's higher education institutions.
- Must participate in teams of 3 to 6 members from the same institution, with at least one team member being a Macao resident.
Key Dates
- Registration Period: From announcement until September 20, 2019.
- Shortlist Announcement: On or before September 26, 2019 (published online).
- Briefing Session for Shortlisted Teams: September 27, 2019.
- Activity Implementation Period: October 1 to November 5, 2019.
- Post-Activity Report & Sharing Session: Date to be announced.
- Awards Ceremony: Date to be announced after results are published.
Competition Rules & Requirements
- Each student can only join one team; each team can only submit one entry.
- The proposed activity must aim to promote the Constitution and Macao Basic Law, with no restrictions on format or frequency.
- Entries must be original and not plagiarized from previously published works.
- All copyright and usage rights of submitted plans belong to the organizers.
- Shortlisted teams must attend the mandatory briefing session and the post-activity sharing session.
- Teams must implement their activities on campus during the designated period.
- A final PowerPoint presentation covering the preparation, implementation, and summary of the project is required for the sharing session.
Subsidies & Awards
- Activity Subsidy: Each shortlisted team is eligible for a reimbursement-based subsidy of up to MOP 4,000 to execute their plan.
- Prizes:
- Champion: MOP 10,000 cash prize and certificate.
- 1st Runner-up: MOP 8,000 cash prize and certificate.
- 2nd Runner-up: MOP 6,000 cash prize and certificate.
- Up to seven Merit Awards: MOP 4,000 cash prize and certificate each.
The judging panel reserves the right not to award any prize if entry standards are not met.

Registration Methods
- Online Registration: Submit the application form online along with required documents (ID copy, student ID copy, and project proposal).
- In-Person Registration: Download the application form or collect it from the DSES Student Centre or DSAJ. Submit the completed form with documents to either location.
