A special concert celebrating cultural exchange between Macao and Portugal, featuring the Orchestra of the Music School of Colégio Moderno from Portugal.
This concert marks a significant cultural exchange. During the summer, the Macao Youth Symphony Orchestra was invited to participate in the Mafra Music Festival in Portugal, where they performed jointly with the orchestra from Colégio Moderno, forging a deep friendship. This successful exchange laid a solid foundation for future collaboration and continues to promote international cultural exchange, writing a new chapter in Sino-Portuguese cultural and youth music interaction.
As a further step in this collaboration, the Colégio Moderno orchestra will visit Macao. The concert will feature a performance of Stabat Mater, P. 77 by Giovanni Battista Pergolesi, recreating a program from the "First Macao International Music Festival."
