Following the previous session where we made Western-style snacks (Madeleine cakes), this time we will be making a traditional seasonal food: Dragon Boat Festival Zongzi (rice dumplings).
With the Dragon Boat Festival (June 3rd) approaching, it's the perfect time to celebrate the season by making and tasting savory meat zongzi and alkaline water zongzi. While many people buy ready-made zongzi from shops, the opportunity to make them by hand is rare.
This is your chance! College students are invited to roll up their sleeves and experience the hands-on process of making traditional zongzi for an unforgettable Dragon Boat Festival.
The organizer reserves the final right of interpretation for the event.
