Cloud Listening, Mist Appreciation: Zheng and Pipa Concert
This concert features renowned Japanese koto (zheng) performer Erika Matsumura and Chinese pipa performer Jiang Ting, who is based in Japan. They will share their performance insights on stage and perform alongside students from Macau and Zhuhai.

- Training: Studied Japanese koto under Tadao and Kazue Sawai; studied shamisen and kokyū under Takeshi Nakai.

Jiang Ting (Chinese Pipa Performer)
- Early Training: Began learning the pipa at age 4.
- Education: Admitted to the Affiliated Primary School of the Central Conservatory of Music at age 9. Was recommended for university admission in 1988 due to outstanding academic performance. Earned a Master's degree from the Central Conservatory of Music in 1997.
- Award: Won first prize at the "4th Taipei International Chinese Orchestra Music Competition" in 1996.
- International Career: Began music activities centered in Japan in 1997. Has held concerts in Japan, South Korea, and Europe, which have been broadcast by national television stations in those countries.
- Discography: Has released 7 CD albums in China, Japan, South Korea, the USA, and Italy.
- Teaching Material: Her instructional DVD, published by the Central Conservatory of Music, serves as a learning model for pipa students.
- Artistic Style: Through years of studying Chinese traditional music and subsequent collaborations with musicians from various countries, she continuously explores new possibilities for pipa performance, enriches its expressive power, and has developed a highly personal and charming performance style that blends Eastern and Western musical influences.
