Event Overview
To add colour to the festival and continue the popularity of previous market fairs, the Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau (IACM) will hold Christmas Market 2018 in Tap Seac Square in Macao for 16 consecutive days. The theme of this year’s Christmas Market is “Christmas Candy House”. Spinning Tea Cups and Christmas Artificial Snow Area will be provided for the first time to tie in with the Market in order to provide a lively festive experience for residents and tourists so they can celebrate Christmas together.

- December 22, 23, 24, 29, 30, 31: 2:00 p.m. – Midnight
- Other dates: 2:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
- Admission: Free entry to the market.
Market Stalls
- 13 Christmas Gift Stalls: Operated by local cultural and creative businesses and residents in collaboration with the Cultural Industries Fund.
- 11 Snack Stalls: Operated by associations and the food and beverage industry, offering various special market snacks.
Entertainment & Activities
- Stage Performances: A series of performances including instrumental music, interactive games, bands, and dance.
- Parades: Featuring Christmas tree fairies, Santa Claus, snow angels, and candy princesses.
- Roving Performances: Gift distribution to children by Santa Claus and clowns.
- Photo Opportunities: Special photo-taking area, festive nativity scene, and Christmas lights.
- Free Rides & Attractions:
- Spinning Tea Cups and Merry-go-round: Open daily from 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
- Christmas Artificial Snow Area and Inflatable Candy House: Open daily from 3:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
