Program Content
This program is designed to promote the understanding and appreciation of traditional Chinese tea culture.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the origins of tea and its relationship with nature and health.
- Learn about the six major categories of Chinese tea: green tea, yellow tea, white tea, oolong tea, black tea, and dark tea.
- The session will be conducted in small groups through interactive seminars and tea-tasting sessions.
Interactive Sessions:
- Tea Tasting: Participants will personally taste different teas, experience their distinctions, explore tea quality, and share the subtle concepts behind their flavors, enjoying the elegance and pleasure of tea appreciation.
- Tea Brewing: Tea sets and various teas (such as Pu'er, Oolong, and black tea) will be provided for group tea art brewing. Participants will personally experience the art and etiquette of tea brewing, escaping the city's hustle and bustle to contemplate life's various aspects through the tea experience.
