Parents are children's first teachers. Children learn what emotions are by experiencing the various emotional changes of their parents. To this end, the Sun Meng I Association is organizing a "Children's Emotions" parent group. Through group activities, discussion and sharing, games, and interactive methods, parents will learn about emotions, learn skills to adapt emotions, listen and respond, and become their child's emotional coach.
Objectives:
- Understand the diversity of emotions.
- Learn how to teach children to recognize and express emotions.
- Learn daily emotional parenting practices.
- Master listening and response skills.
Content:
- Short lectures, discussions, and sharing.
- Interactive games.
- Media material experience.
