An unexpected outbreak of the novel coronavirus pandemic has profoundly impacted the daily lives of citizens. For children, their routines have been drastically altered, with their homes becoming the central hub for living, learning, and play. In this production, the young dancers of the Wei Qing Dance Troupe guide the audience into the inner world of children. They explore the pressures, feelings, desires, and experiences of adapting to a new, health-conscious lifestyle during the pandemic. The performance portrays their determination to become little guardians of epidemic prevention, embracing this new way of life positively. It also serves as an expression of gratitude from children for the selfless dedication of frontline medical workers.
