Following last year's children's street dance theatre, Sweet Potato Teacher asked the children, 'What is your wish?' Their reply was, 'To play video games for a whole day.' This year, let's 'play a game' and co-create this work together, to see their perspectives on life and how they view the world.
About the Work
The games of the world may be of little concern to the young; perhaps they only care about how much time they have to play. Rehearsals and creation proceed as usual in practice. The outcome doesn't seem as important; what matters is the scenery built along the way with the youth.
