To align with and implement the SAR Government's policy of "continuously enhancing students' reading levels and promoting their diversified development," the Children's Storytelling Competition 2013 will be held from September to November. Organized by the Youth Pavilion under the Education and Youth Affairs Bureau (DSEJ) and undertaken by the Macao Library and Information Management Association (MLIMA), the event aims to promote reading among children and encourage them to develop good reading habits. Through reading and interpreting stories, children can practice their oral expression and organizational skills, connect story materials to life experiences, extend their comprehension, and gain intellectual inspiration.
