About the Activity

As children grow, they encounter various emotions in their daily lives. Do they have a sufficient understanding of their own feelings? How do they express their emotional experiences?

We invite children aged 5–7 to join the Emotional Exploration Team. Through games and activities, participants will:

• Learn to recognize different emotions.
• Understand their own feelings.
• Learn positive methods to express their emotions.
